omfgitsjackanddean:

Hello there all you gorgeous new tumblarity rising groovy followers! Imagine saying that at the beginning of a video! Anyway, Dean and myself got together tonight and finished off a nice short Christmas sketch script that revolves around a subject very close to our hearts. And that subject is…don’t be so nosey you’ll find out in a few days! We’ll be filming it over the course of about 3 days, it would be 2 but someone had to be difficult! Gah! It’s a little bit more random than some of our stuff but we were laughing out loud and hard when we were writing it so we class that as a good sign, we hope you enjoy it too! Look forward to what’s to come from Oh Em Eff Gee! Jack x (Haha ‘come’)

> we were laughing out loud and hard

>we were hard

Wow, it must be good!

Former England defender Sol Campbell reveals he is interested in joining Championship leaders Newcastle.
Any bets on how long he’ll stay this time?

Enter Shikari @ Rock City

So, last night I went to see Enter Shikari at Rock City. Overall it was a pretty good gig, although I’ve felt the after affects today!

They were supported by a Dub-Step group called True Tiger, who suprised me. I’m not a fan of Dub-Step at all, but they did a good job of getting the crowd pumped. Throwing in a few Enter Shikari remixes, they were a good beginning to the proccedings.

The Devil Wears Prada were next up. Now, before a few days ago, I had never heard one of their songs. So, like most people do in prep for a gig, I downloaded one of their albums. Got to say, they are amazing if all you like is “GRAAAAGGHHHH *insert heavy guitar riff* GRAAAAGGGHHHHH” for an hour and a half. If you don’t, they’re utter shite. However they did put on a good stage show, jumping around and putting a lot of energy into their performance.

Enter Shikari weren’t quite as good as I was expecting, they got quite repetetive during the middle of the set. I think they made a mistake by not playing as much older stuff. However, they ended on a high, which is the most important thing, ending with a massive sing-a-long to Juggernauts.

Verdict: An entertaining, but painful night. Good times.

New Sherlock Holmes trailer.

It’s actually looking pretty good, see for yourself.

Not sure whether I like the fact that Sherlock Holmes has been made into some ass-kicking badass, with martial art skills to give Jackie Chan a run for his money. But with Robert Downey Jr. at the head, i’m hoping for it to be as awesome as Iron Man.
